On February 4th, 2017, RISEHI hosted its 2nd event showcasing kama‘āina creators and doers. Held at 449 Cooke Street and the Agora space in Kakaʻako, the event featured – designer/entrepeneur Kuhaʻo Zane, singer/songwriter Irie Love, and voyager/entrepeneur Austin Kino. After the featured presentations, a panel was presented featuring Fighting Eel co-founder Rona Bennett, DTL co-founder Mālia Kaʻaihue, and Hawaii Life co-founder Winston Welborn. This event also included our Kamaʻāina Market Place that featured a variety of local artisans and entrepreneurs.
